The following 3rd party software packages are required to run the locally installed version of IssueBridge:

Oracle Relational Database (RDBMS)

IssueBridge is currently integrated to work with the Oracle RDBMS engine. For information on Oracle, please visit the website at http://www.oracle.com. The following versions of Oracle have been certified to work with IssueBridge:

• Oracle 8
• Oracle 9i
• Oracle 10g

J2EE Servlet Engine

IssueBridge has been designed and developed based on the J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) architecture led by Sun Microsystems. The J2EE platform provides platform independence to the IssueBridge product line. That is, IssueBridge can be run on any J2EE certified application server independent of operating system or hardware platform.

We have certified IssueBridge against the following J2EE Application Servers:

• BEA WebLogic 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x
• IBM WebSphere 4.x, 5.1
• Orion 1.5.2

Client Support

IssueBridge has been certified to work correctly with the following web browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x, 6.x
• Netscape Communicator 4.78
• Mozilla 1.7
• FireFox 1.0
• Opera 7.x
